Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Intelligent Staffing, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing recruitment teams.
About the Role
This is a remote opportunity with a 1099 status, offering competitive commissions, bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership to align efforts with company goals, enhance talent acquisition, drive sales initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Manage recruitment teams to fill open job requisitions, create talent pipelines, and maintain candidate profiles in our ATS.
- Analyze recruitment and sales data to guide strategy and improve overall efficiency and outcomes.
- Provide executive leadership in the development and execution of recruitment, sales, and account management strategies tailored for educational institutions and school programs.
- Lead, mentor, train, and coach the recruitment, sales, and account management teams to meet departmental objectives and achieve goals.
- Drive the teams to meet or exceed KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, sales targets, and client retention metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a role in Sales Operations, Strategy, Staffing Industry, or Employment Services.
- Strong competency in problem-solving, analysis & management, and ability to identify issues and implement solutions to meet company goals.
- Self-starter; strong drive and work ethic; willingness to take on big challenges and own the results.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and results-driven environment within the Staffing Industry that demands consistent growth and excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to influence others effectively.
