About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Commercial Growth to lead our sales efforts in patient identity and mastering solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic roadmap to drive growth and revenue in the patient identity and mastering solutions business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales efforts for patient identity, de-identification, patient mastering/MDM and consent ledger solutions across the enterprise, focusing on Commercial and IT audiences
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth and revenue in the patient identity and mastering solutions business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build out sales materials and drive product enhancements aligned to market needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure ongoing success and growth
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience selling into Life Sciences, specifically Commercial/IT audiences
  • 3+ years experience in patient mastering/MDM/de-id sales / consultant roles
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $220,000 - $280,000
  • Incentive compensation plan
  • Comprehensive benefits package with coverage on Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and stock options
  • Flexible location: our HQ is in Philadelphia, with hybrid roles available
