Position Title: Senior Vice President of Product Strategy

Location/Travel: This role is open for remote work, with a preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay area, Washington, D.C. Area, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast US.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Opportunity Overview:

Get Well is in search of a Senior Vice President of Product Strategy to lead and manage the product lifecycle across our diverse portfolio. This role encompasses everything from initial concept development to product launch and scaling for revenue enhancement. The SVP will be responsible for executing the product roadmap, translating strategic visions into actionable product initiatives. This position requires a strong focus on integrating AI into product design and development, collaborating closely with engineering teams to innovate and create groundbreaking AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to define and implement Get Well's strategic product vision.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and customer analyses to identify buyer personas and user needs, developing high-value use cases and product requirement documents (PRDs) for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Create and enhance user experiences and intuitive interfaces to boost customer engagement and adoption.
  • Establish sustainable SaaS business models focused on recurring revenue streams.
  • Develop effective pricing and go-to-market strategies for successful product introductions in the healthcare sector.
  • Commit to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage advanced AI technologies in collaboration with engineering teams to produce innovative AI-driven products.
  • Work with technology and data teams to implement data strategies and integrate AI insights into user-friendly products.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Identify opportunities for recurring revenue by addressing customer challenges and translating them into clear product requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; a degree in engineering, computer science, or AI is advantageous.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of overseeing the entire product lifecycle, particularly in healthcare SaaS solutions.
  • Strong domain knowledge in health technology, with an understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in developing software solutions for patients and clinicians, ideally within large healthcare systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows and clinical decision-making processes.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets for commercialization purposes.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to challenges, with readiness for fast-paced execution.
  • A deep interest in cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications.
  • Technical proficiency to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
  • Adherence to organizational information security policies and regulations regarding sensitive information.

Compensation Overview:

The compensation package is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, and skills. The estimated salary range for this position is between $275,000 and $325,000, along with bonus potential.
