Position: Vice President of Artificial Intelligence

Reports to: Chief Product Officer

Location/Travel: This role offers remote work flexibility, with a preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast US. Occasional travel may be required.

Opportunity: GetWellNetwork, Inc. is on the lookout for a visionary Vice President of Artificial Intelligence to join our forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will spearhead the utilization of advanced AI and Machine Learning methodologies to propel product innovation and enrich the GetWellNetwork product suite. By leveraging their extensive experience in the healthcare sector, the candidate will partner with internal teams to develop state-of-the-art AI solutions that meet the dynamic demands of the healthcare landscape.

The ideal candidate will exemplify leadership, encouraging teamwork and creativity within the organization to tackle intricate challenges and deliver meaningful products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute the AI Strategy for GetWellNetwork
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering divisions to embed AI models into high-impact products
  • Design and launch AI and ML solutions tailored for healthcare systems
  • Integrate AI technologies into healthcare operational processes
  • Remain informed about the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into product strategies
  • Guide and mentor the AI and ML teams
  • Engage with clients to collect insights and ensure a customer-focused approach to product development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; a degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence is preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience in product management or development
  • Demonstrated success in applying AI to healthcare products
  • Experience leading international teams
  • Knowledge of EHR workflows and healthcare compliance standards
