The Opportunity

Join Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) in our mission to foster excellence through our commitment to our workforce. We are in search of a transformative Senior Vice President of People Strategy to spearhead the development of exceptional talent initiatives while nurturing a resilient, values-driven culture that adapts as we reach new milestones. This influential leader will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), playing a crucial role in formulating and executing strategies that align with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Inspire and cultivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing development to achieve organizational success. Act as a role model for effective people leadership, exemplifying teamwork, integrity, and empathy in all interactions.

Strategic Vision: Design and implement innovative talent strategies that resonate with MLT's mission. Lead the establishment of a forward-thinking vision for people development that anticipates future workforce needs and encourages a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Talent and Change Management: Drive proactive cultural development by identifying success factors and acting on insights to ensure smooth operations and ongoing enhancement. Champion change management initiatives by leading organizational transformations, effectively communicating changes, and supporting employees in adapting to new processes.

People Operations: Oversee all aspects of People functions, including Total Rewards, HR Information Systems, Compliance, and Policy Development, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

- At least 15 years of progressive experience in HR/People functions, with a minimum of 5 years in senior executive roles.

- Proven experience in leading comprehensive People operations.

- Deep understanding of internal customer needs and the ability to provide strategic guidance on people-related matters.

- Strong expertise in talent management strategies, particularly in succession planning and talent mapping.

- Data-driven approach with the capability to utilize people analytics to influence business outcomes.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead change with resilience.
