Automotive Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Lithia & Driveway is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team. As a Business Office Manager, you will play a critical role in providing financial thought partnership to the dealership and serving as a strategic business partner to General and Department Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the dealership is operating within financial guardrails.
- Communicate risks and opportunities with operational leaders.
- Develop and implement financial processes to support new or evolving business initiatives.
- Understand manufacturers' excellence objectives and work with GM to ensure achievement.
- Maximize benefits from manufacturer incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Responsible for accurate store financials with regular reviews of operational income statements, GL activity, schedules, and balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory of vehicles, parts, and supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or 5 years of commensurate experience.
- Experience driving business results through financial interpretation.
- Experience leading teams.
- Auto industry experience (preferred).
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
