We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FEP Sales Executive to join our team at Cambia Health Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales compliance and growth for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP).
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between federal agencies and Blue Cross and Blue Shield FEP, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase and retain enrollment of the FEP, while maintaining compliance with contract requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with federal agencies, providing education and support to ensure a successful FEP program.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate contract administration and compliance with federal law.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the FEP, including newsletters, health benefit seminars, and other outreach activities.
- Represent Blue Cross and Blue Shield FEP at federal and community meetings, providing expert knowledge and support.
- Serve as the primary liaison for FEP provider directories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and provide training materials and presentations to coordinate and communicate FEP account issues with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of six years of experience in healthcare administration, sales, or marketing, or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
- Demonstrated management skills, including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and federal regulations.
- Knowledge of the Federal Employee Program contract rules and mandates, as well as experience with government programs.
- Familiarity with FEP processes and policies, with prior leadership experience preferred.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and training, as well as a sales bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with a significant company match, and generous paid time off.
