Join our team of dedicated sales professionals as a Real Estate Sales Consultant and become a vital digital marketing ally in the multifamily sector. You will engage in sales initiatives, present tailored solutions to clients, and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and crafting marketing strategies for existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development - Identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with current clients utilizing CoStar's market intelligence.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge - Gain expertise in digital marketing strategies and trends within the multifamily real estate market.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with team members to enhance sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Engagement - Provide outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of two years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong commitment to previous employers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle.
