About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, sales, and upgrades within your assigned territory. You will be the architect of your own face-to-face sales presentations, from creation to delivery, and will be involved in touchpoints from assessing residential customer's needs to closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads, sales, and upgrades within your assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowner associations, multi-dwelling unit managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders
  • Provide solutions to residential customers by selling Cox data, video, home security, and voice services
  • Manage your assigned territory and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather and walk 1 1/2 miles or more per day
  • Ability to carry an iPad with case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5 plus hours a day
