About the Role

Wavetronix, a leading provider of innovative traffic management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth in the New England region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the public sector
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the traffic management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing business needs
