Position Overview:

Otis Elevator Company is on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Strategist to spearhead our efforts in expanding our maintenance solutions sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing, directing, and enhancing all sales operations related to maintenance services, ensuring alignment with our regional business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate forecasting sessions for branch sales teams.
  • Conduct weekly Service Sales Business Reviews (SSBR) focused on maintenance.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing leads.
  • Manage sales performance and activities, ensuring robust pipeline health.
  • Support regional training initiatives and sales tools, including Service Sales CRM.
  • Enhance existing programs while developing and leading new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, regional managers, and branch leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and assist in cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development for sales associates to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Guide continuous improvement efforts across the sales process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven track record.

Skills: Must possess strong presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities to effectively build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, strategic, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft software is essential.

Preferred Experience: Previous sales experience in the elevator industry is advantageous, along with a background in sales leadership.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel (approximately 10%) may be necessary.
