Position Summary:

As the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team of product marketers focused on Experian's B2B financial offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing product messaging and content development, overseeing go-to-market strategies, and coordinating cross-functional training and enablement initiatives. You will serve as a strategic partner to product, sales, and integrated marketing teams, playing a pivotal role in articulating market needs and competitive insights into value-driven positioning that aligns with the objectives of Experian Financial Services and Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio to effectively communicate product messaging, value propositions, and functionalities that resonate with targeted market segments.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive library of product content, including pitch decks, case studies, videos, product sheets, and whitepapers.
  • Articulate core value propositions and benefits of products to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and key partners in sales and product to ensure swift and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including analysts and customers.
  • Gain insights into market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support ongoing win/loss analysis to refine content, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of product marketers.
  • Foster team development through skills enhancement, performance coaching, and career advancement planning.
  • Establish operational standards and manage departmental objectives, guiding team activities including resource allocation and prioritization.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, strategy, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing within the FinTech or financial services sectors.
  • Familiarity with technical or complex products, serving as a trusted partner to product and sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, challenging the status quo to drive improvements and collaboration.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple teams.
