Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Strategist to fill a crucial role within our organization. As our inaugural marketing hire, you will play a central role in our go-to-market strategies, responsible for crafting messaging, guiding our product development, and executing product launches. You will report directly to our CEO, and the ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset and excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate go-to-market strategies, encompassing product positioning, messaging, and distribution channels.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer; conduct customer and market research to guide our product development.
  • Design, develop, and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Oversee SEO, content creation, advertising, social media, and growth hacking initiatives, among other marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage their contributions.
  • As the company expands, establish and lead our product marketing team.
  • In conjunction with the CEO, define key performance indicators for yourself and the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on product marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
