Role Summary:The Associate Director of Product Marketing will spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for various lines of business within PMX. This position serves as a strategic collaborator with senior leadership, engaging directly with business, strategy, sales, and product teams to successfully launch and expand PMX products and services.
The ideal candidate will excel in articulating the value proposition of sophisticated offerings for both internal training and external marketing initiatives. In this role, the Associate Director will help shape product strategy, craft compelling value propositions, co-create thought leadership content, and manage customer engagement to enhance product adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership, strategy, product, and sales teams to develop product marketing materials, including positioning, competitive analysis, market trend evaluations, and customer segmentation.
- Create visually engaging marketing assets that simplify complex concepts through presentations, infographics, and concise documents.
- Establish and oversee the cross-functional GTM strategy for each line of business, ensuring effective internal education, sales enablement, demand generation, and project management.
- Identify ongoing product marketing needs for new and existing PMX offerings, working with cross-functional partners to achieve product adoption goals and enhance product-market alignment.
- Design and implement processes to incorporate customer and sales feedback into product marketing materials, continuously improving advocacy and adoption.
- Develop deep expertise in our industry, customer base, offerings, and competitive landscape.
The successful candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or strategy within enterprise services or software products.
- In-depth knowledge of the media agency, advertising, marketing technology, and data ecosystems.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate new concepts and products, balancing high-level strategy with tactical GTM details.
- Exceptional skills in distilling complex topics into persuasive narratives for diverse audiences, both in written and presentation formats.
- Strong collaboration, project management, and market research capabilities.

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $144,000, determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
