About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This role will involve building relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting for new customers to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to four year college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years outside direct sales/service experience preferred; 2 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proven track record in new account acquisition, account retention, and/or account penetration; high degree of integrity and ability to develop customer relationships; demonstrated ability to resolve problems and develop action plans.
