We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Alaska operations as President. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to double market share while maintaining strong profitability.
  • Directly lead a cross-functional team of 60+ employees, overseeing operations, customer care, logistics, installation, and management.
  • Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction scores, positioning Alaska as a market leader in customer delight across North America.
  • Foster collaboration with the CFO, CMO, Sales Director, HR Director, and Dunn Group executives, as well as key partners within the industry.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring monthly financial closures are accurate and timely.
  • Build a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and leadership development programs.
  • Lead the company in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the Alaskan market, ensuring innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement.
