Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations, including FAR, DFAR, and SBA requirements, and manage risks associated with contract performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and teaming relationships.
  • Financial Management: Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver written reports, conduct meetings, and negotiate with employees, government officials, subcontractors, teaming partners, and private sector clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracting at the executive level, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations and reports.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Clearances for company and contracts.
