Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate clinical functions at the branch site
  • Manage all aspects of crane sales and leasing
  • Assess customer requirements and resolve product-related concerns
  • Supervise the arrival of new products to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with quality enhancement teams to evaluate performance metrics and outcomes
  • Assign various operational duties and monitor their execution
  • Ensure that operational staff are equipped with the necessary tools and assess job progress
  • Communicate company and departmental goals to all branch staff and promote teamwork to achieve objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Engage in sales strategy development, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Create sales initiatives for designated territories and accounts
  • Participate actively in trade exhibitions and client presentations
  • Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards to achieve zero incidents
  • Familiarity with specific crane products may be necessary, along with potential travel requirements

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

Mandatory: A Bachelor's degree coupled with 5-7 years of pertinent experience and/or training

Skills/Competencies:

Capability to operate autonomously, adhere to deadlines, follow directives, communicate proficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively with others

Work Environment:

This position is conducted in a conventional office setting utilizing standard office equipment. It may require occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds.
