Position Summary:
The Branch Operations Leader is tasked with managing all activities within the branch to ensure outstanding service delivery to clients in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the company's brand and fostering growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate clinical functions at the branch site
- Manage all aspects of crane sales and leasing
- Assess customer requirements and resolve product-related concerns
- Supervise the arrival of new products to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with quality enhancement teams to evaluate performance metrics and outcomes
- Assign various operational duties and monitor their execution
- Ensure that operational staff are equipped with the necessary tools and assess job progress
- Communicate company and departmental goals to all branch staff and promote teamwork to achieve objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Engage in sales strategy development, forecasting, and financial planning
- Create sales initiatives for designated territories and accounts
- Participate actively in trade exhibitions and client presentations
- Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards to achieve zero incidents
- Familiarity with specific crane products may be necessary, along with potential travel requirements
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Mandatory: A Bachelor's degree coupled with 5-7 years of pertinent experience and/or training
Skills/Competencies:
Capability to operate autonomously, adhere to deadlines, follow directives, communicate proficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively with others
Work Environment:
This position is conducted in a conventional office setting utilizing standard office equipment. It may require occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds.
