Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team, ensuring the economic health and growth of Gana-A'Yoo Limited.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain accounting policies, ensure purchasing controls are in place, and provide financial due diligence for merger and acquisition activities.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Manage financial reporting, statement preparation, and maintain compliance with GAAP, FARS, and other accounting regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the Accounting and Finance team, and serve as a member of the executive team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of related experience with increasing levels of financial and accounting management.
  • Skills: Expert experience with Deltek Costpoint software, Federal contract financial requirements, and Cost Accounting Standards Boards Cost Accounting Standards.
