Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes and assists clients upon their arrival at the Financial Center, ensuring exceptional service throughout the interaction.
  • Accurately processes a variety of transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, addressing additional client requests or service issues as needed.
  • Handles daily night drop and ATM deposits, ensuring proper balancing under dual control.
  • Safeguards teller cash in alignment with authority levels as outlined in the Authorities and Guidelines.
  • Aims for the achievement of personal sales and service objectives, meeting the minimum performance standards as detailed in the performance scorecard for this role. Utilizes consultative selling techniques to identify and provide tailored solutions through bank products and services.
  • Manages cash transactions with precision to uphold an acceptable cash difference record.
  • Ensures the confidentiality of client information in accordance with the Bank's Non-solicitation and Non-disclosure policies.
  • Oversees operational workflows within the teller area, adhering to compliance, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Participates in ongoing training and Financial Center meetings as expected.
  • Handles customer service inquiries, sales, new account openings, and referrals to other business partners as necessary to support the banker in the financial center.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Retail sales/service experience, including cash handling, or prior teller experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibits and maintains a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Proactive sales and service skills, including making outbound calls to clients.
Work Hours: Financial Center operates from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:45 am to 12:15 pm on Saturdays and non-essential holidays. Hours will be determined based on the staffing needs of the financial center.
