About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team at American Century Investments Services, Inc. This individual will be responsible for facilitating positive interactions with our internal and external clients by providing exceptional transactional and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and complete complex transactions for multiple account types in an accurate and timely manner using a variety of resources.
  • Demonstrate knowledge retention and continuous progress by meeting or exceeding job performance benchmarks, beginning with training and through the life of the role.
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency by utilizing problem-solving and research skills, and online resources.
  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone or in writing.
  • Remain current on policies and procedures.
  • Attend training, team, and department meetings.
  • Support a team environment by successfully collaborating with internal clients and business partners.
  • Accept constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or some college preferred (or any equivalent combination of education and work experience).
  • Previous client service experience.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and research answers to problems.
  • Proficiency using multiple computer applications/programs simultaneously.
Additional Requirements

Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency. Adherence to this schedule is essential to fulfilling the expectations of the role.
