Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an integral role in connecting our clients with their legal teams and ensuring the accurate flow of information and documents associated with our cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls, as many as 200+ daily
  • Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system
  • Route incoming documents and voice messages to the relevant recipient

Requirements:

  • Ability to route incoming calls quickly and accurately to the proper party
  • Excellent telephone etiquette: call center experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and timeliness ability to prioritize tasks and ensure all clients are assisted in a timely manner
  • Fluent in English; Bilingual a plus
