About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a ROBS Onboarding Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of launching their small businesses, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct clients through the entity formation process, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and filed in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs.
  • Generate accurate and detailed legal documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide client process updates, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Understand and assist clients with bank account setup, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Explain company products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • 1-2 years of customer relations experience required.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to navigate tough financial conversations with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Drive to learn with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts.
  • A competitive attitude about production while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment, with a self-directed and independent approach.
