We are currently seeking a Merchant Services Support Specialist within our Commercial Banking division. This vital role is part of our receivables team, collaborating with businesses ranging from small enterprises to large corporations. The Merchant Services Support Specialist is essential in nurturing robust client relationships and assisting our business clients in achieving their financial objectives.

Responsibilities include addressing the Merchant Services requirements of our commercial clientele. Key tasks involve processing applications, configuring terminals, onboarding new Merchant clients, and serving as the primary contact between clients and our processing partner. Daily activities also encompass assisting merchants with PCI-DSS Compliance, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring progress.

We seek a detail-oriented and goal-driven individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional organizational skills are imperative for success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills are crucial for this position
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales or service roles is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in merchant processing is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for 1-2 years is preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
