We are currently seeking a Merchant Services Support Specialist within our Commercial Banking Group. This pivotal role is part of our receivables team, collaborating with businesses ranging from small enterprises to large corporations. The Merchant Services Support Specialist plays a crucial role in partnering with our Merchant Services Consultants to build and maintain robust client relationships, assisting our business clients in achieving their financial objectives.
Responsibilities for this position include addressing the Merchant Services requirements of our commercial clientele. Key tasks involve processing applications, configuring terminals, onboarding new Merchant clients, and serving as the primary contact between our clients and our processing vendor. Daily activities also encompass assisting merchants with PCI-DSS Compliance, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and tracking resolutions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and goal-driven individual with strong multitasking abilities. Exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational skills are critical for this position
- Preferred 2 years of sales or service experience
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in merchant processing
- Preferred 1-2 years of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
