POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer will be instrumental in crafting innovative IT frameworks and strategic technology pathways, ensuring coherence and endorsement of the Enterprise architecture among diverse stakeholders. This role encompasses the supervision of network infrastructure efficiency and dependability. Key initiatives will involve the standardization, scalability, and automation of retail infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementation of best practices for Network and Data Security.
  • Contributing to API Integrations, provisioning, and configurations for SSO and SAML for both new and existing applications.
  • Assisting in the planning of architecture expansion and process optimization.
  • Conducting research initiatives, including AI/ML and other emerging technologies, that inform and shape the evolution of business and information architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and build automation within an Enterprise context.
  • Development of PowerShell scripts, Microsoft Installers (MSIs), and other custom actions for application packaging.
  • Managing upgrades, installations, and patches for both new and existing hardware and software components within the cloud infrastructure.
  • Streamlining onboarding processes and ticket resolution through automation using an enterprise ticketing system.
  • Overseeing ERP infrastructure management in AWS EC2.

SUPERVISORY ROLE:

No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in both cloud-based and traditional computing environments.
  • 7+ years of experience with Cisco Meraki Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Access Points.
  • Strong proficiency in EntraID and automated device provisioning.
  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, O365, ADFS, Azure Authentication, policy configuration, and top-tier support for enterprise-wide initiatives and automation of employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Support for Data Analytics Infrastructure.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Platform, focusing on designing and implementing data warehouse solutions.
  • 3 years of Snowflake Administration, including performance analysis, automation, security, and cost optimization of data warehousing pipelines.
  • 2-3 years of experience utilizing Power Automate for enhancing workflow efficiencies and automating processes.
  • 2-3 years of experience in building infrastructure for PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred certifications include VOIP, Network+, and MCSE.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where change is prevalent.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
