Administrative Support Specialist

As a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant at Cynet Systems, you will provide exceptional support to our executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Your expertise in calendar management, communication, and problem-solving will be invaluable in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, travel, and organizational functions
• Prepare communication materials, reports, and summaries for internal and external customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, employees, and vendors
• Perform reference work, research, and data analysis to support executive decision-making
• Coordinate meetings, events, and programs, including planning, logistics, and follow-up
• Draft and prepare correspondence, emails, and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Anticipate and identify needs, issues, and opportunities, proactively initiating solutions and improvements
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions and communications
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives or equivalent in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional calendar management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and creativity, with a humble and proactive approach
• Proven analytical and abstract problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving success
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Drive, and other productivity tools
• Strong customer focus, approachability, and interpersonal savvy, with a commitment to building and maintaining relationships
• Experience working in a Hi-Tech industry, start-up environment, or multicultural setting
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
