Job Overview

The IT Support Specialist at Creo is an entry-level position that requires 1-2 years of experience. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to users working in our corporate and satellite offices, as well as virtual/remote workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality end-user support for desktops, desktop software, onboarding/offboarding staff, and other responsibilities as requested.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external staff.

• Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instruction where appropriate.

• Configure, administer, and support Windows desktop and laptop workstations.

• Manage deployment and provision for laptop and software using the Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

• Assist with maintaining departmental documentation and records as directed.

• Interface and work alongside vendors and third-party service providers for device support, procurement, and returns.

• Some off-hours availability will be necessary to respond to end-user outages, perform system upgrades/maintenance, etc.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a college degree in business, engineering, computer/data sciences, law, or scientific field.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive, people-oriented attitude with an ability to work with users at all levels within the company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate analytical and technical content in an easy-to-understand way.

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple shifting priorities.

• Quality time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac OS.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including experience managing Office 365 products and licensing.

• Light experience with AD or Azure AD account management, including account adds/removals, password resets, membership changes for Security Groups and Distribution Groups, and User/Computer Group Policy administration.
