Job Description:
This role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring seamless office logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary front desk contact, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing office deliveries.
- Handle office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, invoicing, and expense reports.
- Manage office supply orders, maintain inventory, and coordinate office logistics.
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Provide calendar management and scheduling support to multiple team members.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visas.
- Assist with client proposals, special projects, and corporate event support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
