Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary front desk contact, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing office deliveries.
  • Handle office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, invoicing, and expense reports.
  • Manage office supply orders, maintain inventory, and coordinate office logistics.
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support to multiple team members.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visas.

Requirements:
