We are seeking a motivated professional eager to make an impact in the water treatment sector, particularly within our North America (NAM) Application Engineering division.

This role provides the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities at our Trevose, PA office.

Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Formulate equipment recommendations, specifications, and operational documentation, which includes control algorithm programming and comprehensive hardware and software support.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and equipment manufacturers to create and implement tailored engineering solutions.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software challenges to clients and the CMS field sales team, whether remotely or in person.
  • Enhance process improvement tools to elevate team efficiency.
  • Assist the CMS field sales team by providing system design recommendations, custom design scopes, standard equipment selections, and other technical insights to meet client requirements.
  • Build quality sales opportunities by establishing relationships with field sales and service teams within your designated region or product focus areas.
  • Oversee vendor schedules and logistics coordination for all custom NAM projects to ensure adherence to order commitments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in chemical feed and/or automation products.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel across North America, typically less than 15% of the time, with occasional increases.
  • Familiarity with Veolia IP products (True Sense / PaceSetter) or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Skilled in using G Suite for the development, editing, and preparation of project documentation.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, PLC programming, and water treatment processes is preferred.
