Sales and Operations Director

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead our South San Francisco, CA branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage branch operations, including timekeeping, budgets, and key performance indicators
- Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales and operations role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid driver's license
