Job Description

As a key member of the AccorHotel team, the Director of Commercial will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing commercial strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals. This role will oversee the development and implementation of integrated commercial strategies, including sales, marketing, and events, to maximize revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve hotel revenue goals.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with regional support and brand teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial platforms.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute departmental expense budgets and forecasts.
  • Train and monitor the sales and events teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the sales and marketing teams to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of hotel sales, catering, or marketing experience.
  • Management experience as a Director.
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience in a full-service hotel.
  • Additional requirements: ability to travel on short notice and adapt to schedule changes.
What We Offer:
  • Gross annual salary range: $173,000 to $230,000 USD, plus incentive.
  • Discounted hotel rooms and food and beverage rates at our sister properties.
