  • Provide daily support and monitoring of team's service outputs, including family engagement meetings, family planning, CMR data tracking, and long-term subsidy determination.
  • Establish partners in the community, including out of county R&R agencies, to best support our children and families.
  • The Provider Engagement Coach will collaborate with FCS Advocates and share ideas on effective ways to conduct and promote trauma-informed care events.

  • You will advocate for and be an active participant in meetings with local and state funders, and community partners, to continually improve accessibility for early care and education.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and work with the Family Engagement Manager to propose, implement, and fast-track solutions.
  • Analyze and assess outcomes for children and families who are enrolled with a childcare provider trained in trauma-informed care.
  • Creatively explore ways to build an ongoing feedback loop with childcare educators and families so that we can successfully evaluate and track data on our trauma-informed principles for care.
Requirements:
  • Two to three years of performance and leadership experience (preferably in the social services industry).
  • Hands-on experience supervising or supporting a small team.
  • Well-versed in trauma-informed and/or family strengthening and development principles.
  • Awareness of the child welfare system, including race and socioeconomic disparities within this system.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, staff, and community partners.
  • Ability to work well in an administrative capacity with emphasis on number accuracy, hard deadlines, and internal systems administration.
  • Ability to work well in a service-oriented environment that serves clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Commitment to social justice, empowerment of families, and childcare providers.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and master program administration software.
Benefits:
  • Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, and AD&D coverage.
  • Voluntary benefits that include supplement life, accident, critical illness, and pet insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a generous 8.5% match.
  • Pre-tax flexible spending accounts, health savings account, and commuter benefit programs.
  • Generous paid time off (5 weeks of PTO), 14 paid holidays, and a floating holiday for your birthday.
  • Ongoing training and professional development for all staff.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
