Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and funding sources
  • Collaborate with Family Support Specialists to provide comprehensive support to families
  • Develop and implement systems to improve enrollment and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with CDE, ELS, and other funding source regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in coordination of intake/assessment and record-keeping
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience
  • Ability to plan, access needs, and communicate to Director level
  • Experience working in a mainstream program model that is inclusive of children with special needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Knowledge of San Francisco childcare and family services communities
  • Commitment to social justice, empowerment of families, and support for diversity
