We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager in the Great Plains Region to join our team at FC Industries Inc. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing account relationships in the region.

About This Role:

This critical role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong ability to develop and maintain great relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fabricators, distributors, precasters, architects, engineers, and state & local municipalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through developing new business and growing existing account relationships
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities
  • Deliver presentations of product applications that meet the needs of customers
  • Communicate the value proposition, products, and services of FC Industries Inc.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning by providing market intelligence information
  • Develop and execute account planning
  • Represent the company in trade and business organizations and events
  • Manage accounts with integrity and strong business ethics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or outside sales, construction industry preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time
  • Remote opportunity/must reside in the Great Plains Region of the United States
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • High energy and motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
  • Technologically savvy: laptop, computer, smartphone, iPad
  • Knowledge of regional building codes
  • Proficient in blueprint reading
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
