Northern California Territory Sales Manager Opportunity

At Lubrizol Corporation, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive demand for our industrial piping products in the Northern California and Nevada regions.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute individual territory plans to optimize business growth in the designated region.
  • Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and key industry leaders to drive specification focus and loyalty for Lubrizol's branded products.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Sponsor and train at product educational events to build interest and demand for Lubrizol's products.
  • Attend and support trade shows and conferences to promote the benefits of Lubrizol's products.
  • Provide high-quality CRM reporting on key metrics, including engineer interactions, sales activities, project deals, specifications, and trainings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commissioned sales experience in pipes, valves, and fittings sector.
  • Commercial plumbing or industrial applications preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the United States (60%+).
  • Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new product, solution, technology, and value selling programs.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.

Estimated Salary Range: $115,000-130,000 per year
