Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Early Start Family Resource Network, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Early Start Family Resource Network, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Referral Management: Triage incoming referrals, track contacts, and input data into our database to ensure timely and effective support for families.
  • Communication and Outreach: Develop and disseminate communication to families and professionals through email marketing platforms, newsletters, and event calendars.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the coordination, implementation, and hosting of special events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Office Management: Maintain office inventory, ensure confidentiality of family and client information, and demonstrate sensitivity to working with diverse populations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with others, attend staff meetings, and participate in professional development trainings to maintain a current and relevant knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of office clerical work, including skilled typing and processing of a heavy volume of documents.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Parent or family member of a child with special needs, knowledge of the early intervention and developmental disability system, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
