Position Overview:
Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of children? At Early Autism Services, we are looking for passionate individuals to take on the role of a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This position involves delivering tailored 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-11 in a nurturing atmosphere. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop your career as a BT and advance your skills as an RBT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Assist in the development and execution of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and team members to ensure effective intervention implementation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and address concerns.
- Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions for professional development.
Physical Requirements:
Physical capabilities include walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
