Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapists/Early Intervention Specialists to join our team at Healthcare Resources & Management Solutions. As a Behavioral Therapist/Early Intervention Specialist, you will work with children and families to provide skills training services and/or behavioral therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skills training services and/or behavioral therapy to children
  • Travel between client's homes within the San Jose area
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy provided including session notes, and data/summaries
  • Provide feedback to parents/caregivers regarding progress of clients as well as recommendations
Requirements
  • Have experience working in a Preschool, Daycare or Nanny with small children infancy to 3 years old
  • BA/BS highly preferred with 1 year experience with working with Children
  • Available primarily in the afternoons on multiple days per week; able to maintain consistent schedule; Commit to 1 year of employment
  • Possess strong clinical insight, and critical thinking skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license and driver's insurance
  • Complete RBT certification in 90 days
