Job Summary:

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable/Cash Department Manager to lead and plan the AR/Cash Department for a consolidated accounting office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement and enforce policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the AR/Cash Department to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable and cash management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve department efficiency and compliance with Hendrick Automotive Group standards
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with dealership personnel to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with Hendrick Automotive Group policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Work Environment:
