In this role, you will engage with prospective buyers, highlight the distinctive attributes of our residences, and guide clients through the comprehensive sales journey. Your primary objective will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist potential buyers, offering comprehensive insights about the property both in person and via virtual platforms.
  • Conduct guided tours of model units and the overall property.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining an understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Address inquiries, follow up with leads, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the overall real estate landscape.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and interactions with clients and agents.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active Florida real estate sales license.
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales executive within the real estate sector, ideally in luxury condominiums or upscale residential properties.
  • Strong comprehension of the luxury real estate market and buyer expectations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to build rapport swiftly and sustain long-term relationships.
