Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at SMS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for daily sales appointments with business owners and presidents, focusing on marketing and securing survey agreements.
  • Direct 2-3 sales appointments daily, utilizing your expertise to uncover client pain points and develop solutions.
  • Communicate with the Business Coordinator to share feedback and new business lead opportunities.
  • Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, receiving support as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of business ownership experience or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners and executives.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to uncover client needs.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.

What We Offer:

  • This is a commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses, offering realistic first-year earnings of $100K-$110K.
  • Potential to earn high six-figure commissions.
