This role will focus on driving exponential growth in the Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin geography, with a strong emphasis on informatics and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including c-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and expand existing business.
  • Investigate and understand assigned strategic accounts, including their business environment, goals, and objectives.
  • Identify industry trends and changing market regulations, and understand their impact on strategic accounts.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of customer decision-makers and influencers, and build and preserve customer relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to prepare and deliver account-specific value propositions, resulting in positive action.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the customer, cultivating Abbott internal relationships to drive business objectives.
  • Identify and facilitate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience with proven ability to lead a sales cycle and design a winning solution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in informatics, data analytics, and lean process improvement in the Diagnostics industry.
  • BS/BA in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven success as an expert in all aspects of value-based, solution selling, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business planning process and attention to detail, with strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
  • Proven sales support experience in large IDNs.
  • Leadership experience, including managing client expectations, multi-disciplinary teams, and meeting scope/schedule/budget.
  • Fully conversant in consultative selling techniques and methodologies.
  • Collaborative enterprise thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and champion new ideas and approaches.
  • Working knowledge and skill set to guide discussions for laboratory informatics products.
  • Maintain a superior level of knowledge of the applications related to Company products and of the business needs of multi-hospital organizations.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation, and effectiveness of ArDx Informatics' Quality Management System.
  • Obtain certification within the Vendor Credentialing requirements.
