About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at DC Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and prospects
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
