Business Development Representative, Informatics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our Diagnostics division, you will be responsible for driving exponential growth in your territory through closing new business and expanding existing business space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand existing business
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including c-suite executives and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver account-specific solutions and value propositions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market regulations, and customer needs to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the diagnostics industry
- Proven track record of success in informatics, data analytics, and lean process improvement
- Strong business planning process, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
