Job Title: Office Administrator/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Manager to join our team at Kelly's Stump Removal. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including workflow management, client inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Draft and edit high-quality quotes, correspondence, and documents.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and events.
  • Process invoices and assist with budget tracking.
  • Help build and improve processes and systems throughout the office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Quickbooks.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
