Japanese Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at Top Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our executives, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate executives' calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives and clients
- Ensure office supply inventory is maintained
- Format information for internal and external communication
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (read, write, speak)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a Japanese-oriented company is highly preferred
