Japanese Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

Our client, a leading international semiconductor manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless communication.
- Coordinate executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Utilize exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain office supply inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (read, write, speak).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a Japanese-oriented company.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
