Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to lead our water practice in Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction administration of utility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project development from initial planning stages through to construction administration, ensuring that projects are designed and executed to meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs proactively, ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and updates.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor junior staff, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and prepare and present reports, business correspondence, and project proposals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Certification: Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in the design and construction administration of water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, high level of organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.

  • Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting environment, with a proven ability to exceed client and firm expectations.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent team collaboration and leadership abilities, with a desire and motivation to drive innovation and sustainability in infrastructure design.
