A Day in the Life

As a Private Client Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all steps in the processing of evidence of property, binders, ID cards, invoicing, accounting, endorsements, and applications.
  • Maintaining electronic files and accounts.
  • Performing account rounding and effectively assisting clients with coverage issues and changes.
  • Generating new business sales and managing the marketing process.
  • Following up and handling aged receivables.
  • Engaging in verbal and written correspondence with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • At least 4 years of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to research and analyze problems independently.
  • Proven customer service and relations skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to self-check for accuracy and learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System.
  • A Property & Casualty resident agents license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
